Fivestars Inc. raised $26 million to help small businesses offer loyalty rewards programs that are on par with those offered by their biggest competitors, like retail giants Starbucks and Whole Foods. Menlo Ventures led the Series B investment, joined by the company’s earlier backers Lightspeed Venture Partners, DCM and Rogers Communications.
