Hire an in-store masseuse

A good neck and shoulder rub can help even the most tax-stressed of your customers breathe a little easier. Consider hiring an in-store masseuse (or two!) so that you can offer free five or ten minute massages to your customers. If a professional masseuse is a little out of your price range, try contacting a massage school in your area, where masseuses-in-training might welcome the opportunity to practice their new skills, and offer a steeply discounted rate (just make sure they have the necessary equipment and qualifications).

Help out and get some cat-loving customers in your business by contacting your local shelter and proposing to host an adoption event. If your business isn’t quite right for an event of this nature, consider instead donating a portion of your proceeds to an animal shelter or advocacy agency of your choice.
