Jeff is employee numero uno at Fivestars. He likes long walks on the beach, moonlit nights, and loyalty programs. Under the minds of the great loyalty gurus Ghu Zin Wheng and Cho Ni Bah, he grew to new levels of rewards enlightenment.

Jonathan heads up channel and partner marketing at Fivestars. He spends the majority of his time finding new ways to build the Fivestars network, but always makes room in his schedule to shamelessly crush co-workers at ping pong.

Jason Liu is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Fivestars. When he isn't launching new products and features, he's collecting points (mostly at boba tea shops) and adding new memberships (75 and counting!) at local businesses with Fivestars.

Therese Francisco is the Email Marketing Coordinator at Fivestars. She’s a San Francisco native, has the appetite of two people, and loves the Golden State Warriors.

Jimmy is a Product Marketing Manager at Fivestars. When he isn't launching new products and features to Fivestars clients, he's breaking a sweat at SoulCycle, exploring the food scene in SF and explaining to people why his friends call him Bulbasaur.

Victor co-founded Fivestars following his work at McKinsey & Company, where he helped build out cutting edge loyalty and customer engagement strategies for premier Fortune 500 brands. He started his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and holds three degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, where he triple majored in Industrial Engineering, Rhetoric, and Business Administration. Victor has an insatiable love for sour candy, and can’t resist those tasty green apple things.

Rachael is a Senior Account Manager at Fivestars and spends her day supporting small business owners and promoting local industry. She loves yoga, travel, and playing with all the office dogs!
