San Francisco-based startup Fivestars has turned a lot of skeptics into believers since launching out of tech accelerator Y Combinator three years ago. On Thursday, the customer loyalty company–which sells software to replace those traditional paper punch cards–announced a $26 million Series B funding round led by Menlo Ventures, bringing its total capital raised to more than $42 million.
